Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Follow this link to Make a Booking , or click on the Make a Booking menu option.

What information do I need in order to book?

Date and time for your booking, Pickup Location, Drop off Location, Number of passengers and your luggage requirements. We also need to know if you have a child to provide a child-safe car seat.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Fill in as much information as possible on the booking form and we will help you find your route after you submit a booking.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We prefer if you paid the driver in cash after you arrive at your destination. There is no point in you paying for a service you have yet to receive. You also have the option of paying by card over the phone before your pick-up date.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes you can, use our Tailor Made Booking Option to book up to 10 stop for a single booking..

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

You can bring as much luggage as you can manage. In doing so, we will increase the price of the transfer based on the vehicle that is required to transport your luggage. We can comfortably shuttle 4 big chick-in suitcases and 2 passengers for most standard bookings.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Our drivers usually wait just outside the terminal with a sign with your name. Even though you are on Caribbean time when you arrive, your driver will not hesitate in calling you to makes sure you arrived safe and let you know they are outside waiting. Alternatively, you can also give the driver a call or communicate by SMS. We will send you the driver's contact information before you arrive.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

Meet up instructions will be sent by email and sometimes SMS (if you choose this option) 24hours before your booking or on the same day as your booking if the transfer is for the same day as the booking. Our drivers usually wait just outside the terminal with a sign with your name.

My group size has changed, what now?

Simply let us know your change in requirement and we will accommodate the change, If we can’t we will find you an alternative solution.

How long will the transfer take?

Depending on your destination, no booking is longer than 1 hour 20min.

What happens if I am late for arrival?

No need to worry. We use the latest technology to track your flight so we could be aware of any delays you may be experiencing. You will not be charged late arrivals.

Can I request stops during my ride?

Absolutely! The drivers at St. Lucia Shuttle Service have only one goal- your complete satisfaction. If you would like to capture a photo of the iconic Piton Mountains or grab some food at a local market, just let your driver know. In fact, you can ask your driver to take you on a tour of St. Lucia. After all, we live to exceed expectations.
